What are your fees and what services are included in those fees?
Every conveyancing transaction is different and in order for us to provide you with an accurate quotation please contact us.

To ensure you have a clear and open understanding of our charges we will email a costs agreement within 30 minutes of your enquiry.

To whom do I pay the deposit?
Usually the deposit is payable by bank or personal cheque to the estate agent however the contract may specify otherwise. Sydney Property Conveyancing will advise you on this process.

What do you need to prepare a contract for sale of my property?
There are some required documents to be included in a contract for sale. Sydney Property Conveyancing will arrange required documents on receipt of your instructions.

When do I collect the keys?
Keys are usually collected from the real estate agent after settlement. We will fax the agent within 5 minutes after settlement has taken place and advise them to release the keys to you.

Do conveyancers hold professional indemnity insurance?
All licensed conveyancers are covered by a policy of professional indemnity insurance. This is done for your protection in the unlikely situation that something goes wrong with your transaction. Sydney Property Conveyancing is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, and we are covered by the policy held by the Institute and approved by the governing body, Office of Fair Trading.
